History

BUILT 1913

The Bosworth was built in 1913 for Slabaugh Realty. This four-story apartment building was designed by Peterson and Dodd. The Bosworth was designed in an eclectic manner with Prairie style features, including an emphasis on the horizontal. The cornice is decorated with a clay tile pent roof and projecting pavilions. The primary façade is symmetrical with sixteen groups of paired double hung wood sash windows. The Bosworth retains a high degree of architectural integrity.
