The Mayfair knows more than it lets on. It has a history. It brings people together. And it gives them a better view. Residents of The Mayfair can be precise, but also know how to let their hair down. A place to get together and have a good time.
The Mayfair is believed to have been constructed around 1915 by one of Omaha’s most prolific architects Henry D. Frankfort. No original building permits exists so exact date of construction and architect is unclear. The Mayfair is a three-story, three-bay Prairie style building finished with dark red brick. The flat roof contains wide overhanging eaves. Cantilevered balconies with wrought iron railing add to the symmetrical exterior.
